Biometric and HRAs (Health Risk Assessments)
BeWell provides on-site Biometric Screenings and HRAs. Our program provides real-time combination of actual biometrics into the employees HRA. Immediately after a biometric screening, participants can complete an online HRA form.

Biometric Health Screening
Biometric screening is a method to assess a person’s risk for diabetes, high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease. Biometric screening provides real and accurate medical data to target the right risk factors that may apply to a particular employee’s lifestyle. It helps prevent common illnesses including diseases like heart disease, high cholesterol and diabetes.
Our on-site biometric screening takes about 10-20 minutes time and comprises of an immediate analysis of your employee’s glucose/blood sugar levels, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, total cholesterol, LDL (bad) cholesterol, HDL (good) cholesterol and triglycerides. The screening includes a short feedback about your employees’ risk for hypertension, heart disease, diabetes and other chronic conditions. This screening identifies risk factors of an employee even if he/she is not currently experiencing symptoms. For employers, biometric health screenings offer the critical baseline data to shape the direction of their corporate wellness program. For employees, biometric screenings offer them information on current and potential medical threats.

HRAs (Health Risk Assessment)
Health Risk Assessment is a set of comprehensive questionnaire that each participant employee completes answering about his/her health history and lifestyle factors such as stress, nutrition and safety practices. HRAs offer early detection of potential health risks and current unmet health care needs. HRAs help healthcare professionals to identify lifestyle choices, health inclinations and other factors that may contribute to an employee’s health issues. The comprehensive questionnaire test will measure many areas of your employee’s health and lifestyle factors, including:
